Barr, No. 19-863.  Following the Supreme Court's issuanece of its opinon, Niz-Chavez v. Garland, 141 S. Ct. 1474 (2021), the en banc court granted the petition for review and remanded the case to the Board of Immigration Appeals fro reconsideration in light of Niz-Chavez.
